ecoPlus: The powerProfiler BMB 900 sets a whole new standard
The powerProfiler BMB 900 features an intelligent stand-by mode which reduces energy costs during breaks or during only partial capacity utilization by up to 10%. This allows energy savings of up to 8,000 kwh per annum if the powerProfiler BMB 922 is used in single shift operation. The powerProfiler BMB 900 also has another benefit which sets it apart from its competitors: Compared to conventional window production lines, some of which have up to 20 units operating and requiring extraction simultaneously, in the powerProfiler BMB 900 only two units are operated simultaneously.

Venture 316: No-compromise 5-axis technology
The VENTURE 316 takes today’s joiners onto a whole new dimension of stability and precision in the 5-axis entry level machine category, allowing practically every conceivable customer requirement to be fulfilled in the field of furniture and door production and interior fittings. An enormous range of different tasks can be addressed using just a few standard tools.

This is the ideal “work horse” for all those who are not yet certain what it is their customers will require tomorrow. The Venture 316 sets whole new standards: Just a glance at its weight – around 30% higher than that of comparable products – and its large stable traversing gantry have all the hallmarks of industrial standard engineering at woodworking shop prices. In addition, a wide range of features are available in the standard equipment package such as a pneumatic interface at the spindle, rack and pinion drive in the X and Y direction, a vibration sensor to protect the spindle or an effective part height of 250 mm from the console which can be fully utilized with all the units.

Venture 313 with easyEdge unit
This complete solution for CNC processing including edge banding lends joiners the ultimate flexibility to process individual furniture and interior fittings orders: The 15 kW 4-axis trimming spindle with fluid cooling and the large drilling head with its 35 spindles and 26 exchange slots turn the Venture 313 into a highly efficient production machine.

The easyEdge unit makes child’s play of component edging with edging materials up to 2 mm in thickness and workpiece heights of 60 mm. The FLEX5+ unit opens up all the possibilities offered by the 5th axis for additional work processes at any angle. In short: The perfect combination of processing at any angle and edge banding in a single machine.

Edging technology and more: CNC processing with integrated powerEdge edge banding unit. The technical equipment of the Venture 320 corresponds to that of the Venture 313, meaning that here too, the 5th axis can be used to perform processing operations at any angle with the FLEX5+ unit. The special feature of this model is its method of gluing using the integrated powerEdge edge banding unit.
